The Iowa Great Lakes Rotary club will vote on the amended by-laws at the September 26th meeting. The board of directors approved recommending these bylaws to the general membership at their meeting on September 12th. In accordance with the current bylaws, this needs to be approved by the membership with a quorum (1/2 of the membership) present, and 2/3 of the members present voting to approve.
